Across our sessions together, I’ll take you from a fixed to a growth mindset- dismantling limiting beliefs one-by-one and shifting your focus from ‘What will everyone else think of this life choice?’ to ‘How can I get the most out of this experience?’.

Coaching for Groups
Do you want to unlock your leadership potential under the guidance of an executive leadership coach in an interactive group setting?
This is a leadership course consisting of three phases to help optimize work performance, increase productivity, improve communication skills and dramatically develop your awareness and self-esteem.
In an encouraging environment, you’ll become part of a supportive tribe of fully committed individuals, each with their own stories to tell and end goals to achieve. These group sessions are also supported by weekly 1:1 follow-ups in order to track progress and general mood along the way.

In order to become a successful leader, you need to be worth following. Once your every action is deeply rooted in your being and trusting of your full range of expression, people will start to notice and trust in both your authenticity and integrity.

In this first phase, we’ll look at your existing values, strengths and observations, and determine how we could repurpose and enhance them for the working environment.

During this second phase, we will work together on your ability to connect, engage and coach others – taking time to eliminate any outdated behaviours that don’t have a place in the rich language of leadership in the modern world.
