The personal development consultation you choose is dependent on your individual needs.

Alternatively, if you have a time-sensitive challenge that you’d like to resolve as soon as possible, you’ll want to book a 90-minute ‘Get Clear & Get Going’ starter session.

'Get Clear & Get Going' Starter Session

Do you have some idea of where you’d like to be and what you’d like to manifest but you aren’t quite sure how to get there? 

In my 90-minute 1:1 Get Clear & Get Going session, we’ll work together to discover exactly where you are in your personal/professional life in relation to where you want to be. I’ll then design a clear roadmap of ways you can close the gap whilst staying mindful of your existing responsibilities and circumstances. 

This session is ideal for clients who have a specific issue that they’d like to reframe or a particular challenge that they’d like to overcome in order to move forward with a stronger sense of self-worth and purpose.

‘Change Your Mindset, Change Everything’ package

Are your anxieties, obstacles and limiting beliefs a little more deep-rooted and thus require more intensive exploration?

If I feel that there is more to explore together during our initial consultation, we can embark on the Change Your Mindset, Change Everything package.

This package is ideal for clients who are faced with more complex or deep-rooted challenges that require a deeper dive to resolve. It’s also perfect for those looking for more sustainable change who may need more intensive coaching in order to stay focused.

Across our sessions together, I’ll take you from a fixed to a growth mindset- dismantling limiting beliefs one-by-one and shifting your focus from ‘What will everyone else think of this life choice?’ to ‘How can I get the most out of this experience?’.

‘Executive Leadership’ Programme

Do you want to lead with integrity and be held accountable for making informed decisions?

The Executive Leadership Program is tailored to your life-leadership needs, from ways you can learn to amplify your voice to learning how to respect each and every one of your co-workers as whole and capable beings.

This programme is ideal for those of you who experience the most enrichment from regular assignments designed to test and solidify your leadership skills.

Following our sessions, you’ll be much more mindful of the ways in which you can continue to overcome any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back so that you can bridge the gap between talking the talk and walking the walk and become a much better leader.

Coaching for Organizations

Do you want to strengthen your team and promote a happier, healthier work environment by learning the language of multi-dimensional, human-centred leadership?

Modern leadership is all about building frameworks that not only encourage but celebrate each and every team member as an autonomous individual with their own thoughts, opinions and abilities.

My “Coaching skills for Managers” course focuses on making coaching a “normal” communication and leading style. Because I believe that leaders/managers who can master coaching develop and empower people.

I have developed a deck of coaching cards as part of the course and as a tool to practice coaching when back at work.

During my team coaching sessions, I work with the group in order to help align their core values and overall mission to help strengthen identity and encourage better engagement. The sessions are typically experimental and hands-on, often dictated by the lessons and observations you bring to the table. 

Alternatively, I also offer team alignment workshops tailored to the needs of the organisation. Following an initial consultation, I’ll design a workshop based on  requirements that’s crafted to achieve the desired results. The exercises are typically interactive, with a mix of both individual and team participation to help create an open environment built on trust and effective communication.  

Lastly, I can also organise theory-based yet fun team-building exercises to help bring colleagues together and boost morale – from three-legged races to blindfolded chicken football! Previous happy clients include Lundbeck, JCI and Toastmasters Copenhagen.

Coaching for Groups

Do you want to unlock your leadership potential under the guidance of an executive leadership coach in an interactive group setting? 

I’ve partnered with The Big C to collaborate on a leadership course consisting of three phases to help optimize work performance, increase productivity, improve communication skills and dramatically develop your awareness and self-esteem.

In an encouraging environment, you’ll become part of a supportive tribe of fully committed individuals, each with their own stories to tell and end goals to achieve. These group sessions are also supported by weekly 1:1 follow-ups in order to track progress and general mood along the way.

You can opt to undertake the three-phrase course via online Zoom calls for six consecutive weeks or by attending the 90-minute face-to-face group coaching sessions in-person (if you’re based in Copenhagen). 

What’s included in each phase? 
  • 6 x 90-minute weekly Zoom calls or in-person sessions.
  • A comprehensive guide filled with tools, exercises and other resources tailored to your needs. 
  • A 1:1 30-minute meeting before beginning the course so that I can get to know you and your challenges individually and discuss what you hope to gain from the group coaching sessions. 
  • A follow-up 30-minute 1:1 meeting post-course to discuss your progress, including what you have both learned and achieved, and outline your next steps going forward. 
  • 15-minute individual ‘laser’ coaching sessions as requested throughout the course.
  • Assigned homework to deepen your understanding of each phase of leadership coaching.

In order to become a successful leader, you need to be worth following. Once your every action is deeply rooted in your being and trusting of your full range of expression, people will start to notice and trust in both your authenticity and integrity. 

What are your leadership values? How can you behave in respect of those values and best communicate them to your team? 

In this first phase, we’ll look at your existing values, strengths and observations, and determine how we could repurpose and enhance them for the working environment.
